Evolve Quality Management
Measuring for better patient care

Up-to-date information is key to measuring the performance of any large organisation, and healthcare is no exception. Medical Directors, Nursing Managers and Chief Information Officers all require quality metrics to ensure the ongoing safety and efficiency of patient care.

Evolve’s Quality Management System provides care co-ordinators true insights regarding the performance of their hospitals, wards or clinics, helping provide better informed, high-quality care.

Evolve Quality Management enables the capture of ad-hoc audits for clinics and wards (or any other organisation unit in which patient care is delivered) through our flexible electronic forms (eForms). Once captured, information can be analysed via reports showing compliance of regulatory requirements and performance over time periods, and workflow to ensure timely follow-up on any tasks resulting from ward status.

Statistics regarding ongoing patient care can automatically be included in ward details, such as the results on a per-ward basis of compliance against VTE recording targets, based on forms completed for individual patients, without placing further burden on front-line staff.

Taken together, patient-level and ward-level reporting ensures detailed visibility of the status and performance of care being provided, identifying any issues and bottlenecks before they can become a problem. This saves resources and helps our customers provide quality patient care whilst meeting targets for reporting required by care commissioners.
